Got to try some new equipment that I haven’t tried before. Here’s exactly what I didšŸ‘‡

Hack Squat
200lbs (100lbs base weight) x 7

Back Extension Machine (ROM kinda sucked)

Adductor Machine

Leg Extension (ROM sucked)

Calves
Went lighter on these because of an injury I’m trying to rehab :(

Overall, 8/10 workout. High intensity legs can be fun :)

Training intensity is so important for building muscle.

Having something to motivate you during your set, can help you to push yourself harder.

Whether it is $1 million, your dream car, or rescuing your cats from under a pile of rubble, try finding a fake scenario to put yourself in to encourage you to push to the max.
