She’s been doing CrossFit for 3 years now, but has only been a member of CFPB for 3 months now! I could tell from Cindy’s first month with us that she was consistent, self motivated and loved a challenge. I really enjoy coaching her because I know she is going to show up and do the work!! she is coachable, she listens and wants to improve… and that’s all you need to do is show up! We have the tools to get you where you want to go!!
She was at the gym for one month before jumping on a nutrition plan with us and in just 2 months on the plan she is down 10.8 pounds, 4% BodyFat and 9 inches overall!! 💪
Cindy is now knocking out pull ups without a band, setting prs on all her lifts while dropping BodyFat and building muscle! Give Cindy a high five if you see her in the gym! She is killing it!! 💪
