We will remain closed this week and re-open this Saturday, May 30th and normal class schedule schedule starting back on Monday, June 1st.

Reminder: we will be closed Wednesday, May 20 through Wednesday, May 27.

Please continue to practice at home and we look forward to seeing everyone back starting Thursday, May 28.

Last week’s belt test was a great reminder of what hard work and consistency really look like.

From strong fundamentals to confident ex*****on, every student showed growth, focus, and discipline. Proud of the effort across the board and the way everyone represented the values we train for on and off the mat.

Congratulations to everyone who earned a new belt. Keep up the great work!

Wow, what an amazing Belt Test!

We are so proud of everyone who tested and earned new ranks. Your hard work, discipline, and courage were on full display, and it was incredible to see the growth and confidence in each of you.
