His badge may rest, and his watch may end, but his legacy will continue in how he lived in service to others.
Our peer and clinical teams are on standby for anyone that is struggling through this tremendous and devastating loss. Rest easy Officer Marsh, they've got it from here. 💙
Our hearts are broken for the family, friends, fellow officers, and all whose lives have been touched by Officer Fred Marsh. We join our community in mourning this tragic loss, and we are deeply grateful for his sacrifice and service to our communities.
Please keep everyone affected in your thoughts during this difficult time.
If you need mental health support and grief assistance, we are here for you. 💙

Their sacrifice was written in freedom’s story. Today, we remember them with gratitude and honor 🇺🇸
Today, we pause not only to enjoy the freedoms we’re blessed with, but to remember the brave individuals who made those freedoms possible… A price paid by heroes who gave everything for this country.
With deep respect, gratitude, and honor, we thank them. Their memory will always endure. 🇺🇸

I genuinely can't believe I'm sharing this. I'm extremely humbled, grateful, and honored to be invited to speak at the Force Science Conference this year. I've been trained through the Force Science Institute since 2022 and it's been one of my favorite parts of my career. I'm honored to continue the mission of bringing the latest research of officer-involved shootings to the profession. Continuing to refine and grow my expertise on this topic as a Doctoral Candidate at Tiffin University is such a privilege and I cannot wait to share my applied research later this year.
I am beyond excited to engage with fellow researchers, law enforcement professionals, and trainers who are committed to advancing evidence-based approaches to officer safety and wellness. I'll see all of you in Round Rock, Texas in September! 🇺🇸

Fun Fact: I did not freeze as a statute in Ohio and I am on the way home! My research cup is filled and my brain is mush, but glad to be getting back to warmer weather and back in the office with all of you! I will be catching up on texts, calls and emails throughout tomorrow and I will be back to regular office hours Tuesday, March 3! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything as I return, I appreciate your unwavering patience with me through this!! ☺️

✨HAPPY LUNDI GRAS!✨
Might be in the office, missing from NOLA, but keeping the vibe alive!
Friendly reminder from your autoimmune therapist: I will be leaving next week for my first residency. If you are seeing me in office this week, please be mindful if you are ill or having symptoms, as I am not able to move or reschedule this assigned residency in Ohio. I am more than happy to move you to Zoom if needed so we can keep your appointment! 🙂
Hope everyone has a fun and safe Lundi Gras and Fat Tuesday!

❄️INCOMING❄️
Just a reminder on my inclement weather policy! 🙂 I closely follow the Springdale School District to make a decision regarding closing the office, however, there are times I will follow Gentry School District due to where I live. Please be gracious with me as I live far out, closer to Oklahoma and the roads out here take longer to clear. If neither school districts are closed, I will be in the office, permitting that the roads are safe out here as well. Otherwise, we will use Zoom as needed, if you are comfortable with that, and get you back in the office as quick as possible! I have currently not made a decision regarding Monday in office appointments but will do so as quickly as possible to give everyone time to prepare.
try not to make quick judgement but ultimately my biggest goal is keeping you all as safe as possible! I know most of you prefer being office and I enjoy seeing you in person, but safety is the top priority and I will diligently be working from home to get everyone seen with as little disruption as possible.
Please feel free to email me directly or text/call my office with any questions! I always hope to keep you all on our regular schedule, but as always, please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything at all I can do to help! I hope everyone stays safe and warm!

🚨NATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT APPRECIATION DAY🚨
For the first time in over 80 years, 2025 saw numbers Below 100 for in the line of duty officer deaths. This is attributed to many different external factors and we're grateful for every single one. As a professional in the field, I never thought this would be something I would see in my lifetime. So today, we recognize the men and women who put service above self—showing up day after day to protect, serve, and support our communities, often under immense pressure and scrutiny. Your commitment, resilience, and sacrifice do not go unnoticed. Thank you for the long hours, the difficult decisions, and the dedication it takes to keep others safe. We appreciate you today and every day. 💙🖤
On Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, we honor the resilience it takes to serve, the integrity it takes to lead with ethics, and the strength it takes to keep going in the face of adversity. Thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and your continued dedication to the communities you serve—today and every day.

The impact we were able to make this year was truly incredible. The amount of first responders we were able to healthily return to duty was remarkable. We are truly indebted and forever grateful for every donation receive, every bag of coffee or tshirt bought. Your donations help us continue that mission and we are gearing up for our biggest year yet in 2026! 💙
Powered entirely by community donations, you all made our impact this year possible. In 2025:
• More than 60 (SIXTY!) first responders were supported with free counseling services by licensed professionals 🙌🏽
• We were able to attend eight community events, three of which were charitable in nature ⛳️
• Members of our team spoke and amplified our cause at three different conferences (and one of those conferences was in Mississippi!) 🤩
• Several departments and organizations opened their doors for us to engage in mental health/wellness discussions 🧠
• Countless first responders were provided with on-call, specialized, and culturally competent peer support when it mattered most ❤️🩹
The work that we do only exists because of YOU GUYS. Thank you for believing in mental health for those who serve and for leaning into our mission.
If you’d like to donate before the year is over, please click this link to provide a one-time donation OR set up a recurring donation (both of which are tax deductible for your business!) https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/donate-to-make-a-difference-678
