Get outside and get your bodies used to the heat. Acclimatization is a process of slowly exposing yourself to the heat and humidity to reduce the chances of suffering from a heat injury. Start with a short amount of time (30 minutes) for a week, and then increase the time to an hour.
2024-2025 practices start on July 22nd.

The Wranglers had a great time in Little Rock today. The Arkansas National Guard put on a very fun event, and the weather was nice. We think the course might have been a little shorter than 2 miles, but a race is a race. Plus, who doesn’t like riding the min-bus and stopping for food?
