This is the recommended physical activity guidelines set by the American College of Sports Medicine. Unfortunately, not enough people are meeting these guidelines. If this is you, you can slowly incorporate more physical activity into your schedule, then eventually more structured exercises and training. And some activity is always better than none!

Creatine monohydrate is the most scientifically researched and backed supplement proven to be safe and effective. Creatine is an amino acid found primarily in meat and seafood, and is synthesized within the liver and kidneys.

Creatine is utilized during the ATP-ADP cycle to produce quick energy. During activity our body breaks down ATP into ADP. Our body then utilizes creatine phosphate to regenerate ATP from ADP + CP. Larger creatine phosphate stores within muscles will allow you to train harder, longer and increase performance.

A normal daily diet contains around 1-2 grams of Creatine, which makes muscle stores about 60-80% saturated. The recommended dosage is to supplement with 5 grams/day to maximize stores and gain the performance benefits.
