Neurological recovery and education for the Northwest Arkansas region and beyond Clients are not patients, they are family.

We at Destination Walk know what it's like to spend hours in the doctor's office and we want a different environment for our clients. Participating in Destination Walk is more like a gym atmosphere in that there is a sense of belonging and we're very client driven. We do not see this as "our" recovery center. Destination Walk belongs to each client who comes through our doors seeking recovery from spinal cord injuries and other neurological injury and disease.
