Learn how to defend better and breakdown your defender on offense by playing basketball. Strengthen your core and lower body on the slopes this winter. It all helps you as an athlete and avoids overuse injuries and mental fatigue. Stay active, stay hungry.

Congratulations to Hyunmean "John" Mo '17 for his summer spent representing Team Korea in the U19 Lacrosse World Championships in Coquitlam, British Columbia. In 6 games played Mo scored 8 goals and helped Korea to their best finish in the country's young lacrosse history. Way to go Johnny Mo!!
