🕷️ With great kicks... comes great responsibility! 😄

Our students are CLEARLY ready to take on anything — Spider-Man pose and all! There is nothing better than watching these kids bring their whole selves to the mat.

This is what Taekwondo is all about — fun, confidence, and a whole lot of heart. 💛

Want to join the fun? Message us or visit www.springfielduma.com to try a class!

As Springfield families gear up for back-to-school, we're deepening our connections with local schools and special needs organizations. Because the best support for a child doesn't happen in just one place.

If you know a therapist, teacher, or school counselor who works with families like ours, share this with them! We'd love to connect and explore how we can work together this school year.

Together, we make a difference.

Back-to-school anxiety is real, especially for kids with autism or ADHD.

Here's one thing that helps: knowing you have a place where you belong.

At UMA, every student gets:
• A consistent routine they can count on every single class
• Instructors who understand their sensory needs and learning style
• A community that cheers them on, always

If your child is nervous about the new school year, come try a class. Sometimes the confidence they need starts right here on the mat.

School starts back in just a few weeks. There's still time to give your child a head start.

At UMA, we don't just teach Taekwondo. We teach kids how to focus, how to persevere, and how to believe in themselves.

For families with children who have autism, ADHD, or other special needs, that foundation can make all the difference in the classroom.

Our 30-Day Confidence Program starts at just $39. Come see what your child is capable of.

Summer gains unlocked! 🥋

Before school starts back, let's give a HUGE shoutout to everyone who earned their new belt or stripe this summer. You showed up, you worked hard, and you leveled up.

That dedication? Your teachers are going to see it this year. We promise.

Proud of every single one of our UMA champions. Keep going!

School is right around the corner, and transitions can be tough for kids. 📚

Here are a few ways we help UMA students get ready for the new school year:

✅ Building focus through structured class routines they can carry into the classroom
✅ Practicing self-regulation techniques when things feel overwhelming
✅ Strengthening confidence with every stripe and belt earned

The skills your child builds on the mat don't stay on the mat.

Want to give your kiddo a headstart before August ends? Come check us out — we'd love to meet your family!
