Ready to make your Saturdays feel extra good? Join us for a fun yoga workshop series happening on the second Saturday of each month, January through April 2026.
Led by the amazing Katie McDaniel, each 90-minute workshop is designed to help you move, reset, and reconnect—no matter your experience level. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, you’ll feel right at home.

We are getting closer to cold, winter days! Remember that we follow SPS with weather closures. If they cancel or let out early due to weather, we will cancel classes. ☃️🌨️

Lil Heroes - Discuss with Mrs. Marie to make up for missed classes.

Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced - Come on any night Monday-Thursday during your regular class time to make up for missed classes.
