We are needing volunteers as course marshals for Rock & Run from approx. 8:45 to 9:30am on Sept. 13 at Rochester Community Park. Don't let the job title fool you, it's pretty easy. You stand at a point along the route and direct people where to go or you can hand out water cups at the water stop. Then boot scoot boogie down to the park for live music and vendors afterward. Oh, and did we mention volunteers get a free Rock & Run t-shirt? Sign up at the link! Please & thank you!

Rock and Run for Mental Health 2026 The Rock and Run for Mental Health 2026 is on Sunday September 13, 2026. It includes the following events: 5K, 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, and Virtual 5k (Volunteers Only).

Need some hope on a hump day? Just know that you are not alone. Others have experienced similar struggles and there are always people here for you.
