Brenden, Gymnetix Owner and Personal Trainer: “I hold every hat in Gymnetix from janitor to accountant, but one of my favorite roles here is being a personal trainer. I’ve had the absolute privilege of owning Gymnetix for almost 4 years, with us being open for 3 years and 2 months roughly. In the span of that time I’ve seen hundreds and hundreds of people walk through the door and their lives change, especially my own personal clients. I’ve seen people go from barely getting by, to losing 80+ lbs and start running half marathons. I love what I do because I get to see people get their confidence back and feel secure in their own bodies. We aren’t just trainers that tell you how to maneuver the gym space, we are an ear for your daily troubles, a voice to encourage, and so much more. I’m beyond grateful for God and His trust in me to steward not only Gymnetix, but the people in it, including my clients. I’m grateful I get to speak life into people and reflect my Savior Jesus in every interaction. That’s why we do it.”
