I don't know about all of you but this extreme cold and ice has really limited my ability to be outside and move as I typically do daily. I was so grateful this morning to be able to go to Century Fitness and get in the pool for my own aerobic and strength workout... It felt so good to move and jump around and stretch and breathe! Find joy in the little things... Now it's time to teach Yoga π

*Exercise often to keep our muscles strong and improve our balance
*Practice YOGA which can help you have good posture, balance and flexibility
*Improve your course strength. A strong core decreases your fall risk and increases your ability to get up if you do fall.

I love my standing desk! With my arthritis it's very hard for me to sit for long periods of time without exacerbating my chronic pain. This desk has been a wonderful support for me.

30 minute Strength & Balance Fusion on Zoom! 8AM EST Thursdays beginning January 2nd. $10. This weekly class combines YOGA, Pilates, strength, balance and is specifically designed for older adults and those of us living with chronic pain or arthritis. Equipment is not mandatory.
