Today is the last day to register for the Hard Times Trail Run and to uncover the hidden secrets of “The Hardest Footrace in Greene County!”, or as we (just me) like to call it: The Temu Barkley Marathons.

As many of you know, the Bleak Midwinter Endurance Run is a staunchly anti-cat race. It’s not that we dislike cats, per se, we just feel that it violates natural law and good decency to have a feline on a leash whilst churnin’ some gnarly trail. Also, it looks weird.

We remain consistant and state that the Hard Times Trail Run is also anti-cat. But feel free to bring your Good Boy to hit the trails with ya, so long as it’s on a leash, isn’t hungry for your fellow runners, and isn’t a Chihuahua (that’s even worse than a cat).
