🛟 2026 American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Sessions 🏊‍♂️💦 3-Day courses, Select Dates, March 16-June 28

Gain the skills and confidence to provide lifesaving emergency care! 🛟 American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification includes a swim test, water & land rescue techniques, first aid, CPR and AED training. ❤️⚡ Certification is required for employment as a Park Board Lifeguard.

✅ REGISTRATION REQUIRED in person at Chesterfield or Doling Family Center, or online: ParkBoard.org/Lifeguards 🔗

Age: 15 yrs. & up 💵 $185/Family Center Member, $200/Non-Member (Scholarships may be available - ParkBoard.org/Scholarships)

💧 Session 2: March 20-22
💧 Session 3: March 27-29

Westport Pool is open late Saturday, July 26!

Due to the US National Weather Service Heat Advisory, these swimming pools are open late:
• Saturday, July 26: Westport Pool, 3125 W. Lincoln St, open 1-8 p.m.
• Monday, July 28: Silver Springs Pool, 1100 N. Hampton Ave., open 1-8 p.m.
• Tuesday, July 29: Meador Pool, 2600 S. Fremont Ave., open 1-8 p.m.
In addition, the fountains are open at Jordan valley Park, and public cooling centers are open at Brightspeed Ice Park and all three family centers.
