I could go on and on about the times in the gym he has helped me but the advise and guidance he has given me on matters outside the gym have impacted me just as much if not more, So when I came to him asking if personal training was something that he could see me getting involved in there was no hesitation it was an immediate "YES!". Not only did he support the idea but he is giving me the opportunity to train clients in his gym.
