Basketball League Update!!

1. Current standings and schedules can be viewed here within the Division buttons - https://www.allisonsportstown.com/adultbball/

2. Playoffs - The top 12 teams will qualify for single elimination, seeded, playoff on September 11th. Division winners will be the top 4 seeds and get a 1st round bye. The top 3 teams from each division will qualify for playoffs.

The bottom 12 will play in a single elimination, seeded, consolation bracket.

3. Rule Update: Clock Stoppage
- 1st half, clock will only stop for free throw attempts in the final minute of the half, otherwise it will run continuously

- 2nd half, in the final minute the clock will be stopped for out of bounds, fouls, scores, and change of possession.

-2nd Half, if the difference in score is 15 points or more, when the final minute starts, then the clock will run continuously without stoppages except for free throw attempts.

Remember, bring your own ball and team jerseys / shirts are your responsibility. Be at your court a few minutes early so refs dont have to chase.

5v5 BB Schedule Drop!!

Thank you for registering for our Adult Basketball League! We had an incredible response with significantly more teams registering than anticipated (24 teams!). We appreciate your support and are excited for a great season.

Due to the larger-than-expected turnout, we have made a small adjustment to the league format. Each team has been randomly assigned to a 6-team pool. Instead of the originally planned 8 games, each team will now play 5 regular season games against every team in their pool, followed by a single-elimination tournament in Week 6, giving every team a 6-game guarantee.

Please remember that all team rosters must be completed by Friday at 3:00 PM. To add players, log into your account, navigate to your team, and select "Invite." Each player must accept their invitation and complete their registration before the deadline.

Please note that there will not be games on 8/21 or 9/4 due to other events at the facility.

Also, any physical altercations will result in a one game suspension. Any other altercations will have further punishments.
