I'm VERY excited to say that I've been hired by Willamalane Swim Club to work with their youth doing Boot Camps! I will be working with kids ranging from 8-18 years old! They are expecting between 40-60 kids to participate in the Boot Camps!! ♥ my "job"!!!! :)

Curious...how do you guys prefer to train abs? Do you combine them with other muscle groups, add them to the end of a workout or give them their own training day? :)
