Something that just occurred to me from a conversation with someone about being tired and wanting to quit that I feel the need to share. When you want to quit remember what I’m about to say, the one thing you have to tell yourself and believe in like you’ve never believed in anything is your why!! The reason you’re trying, the dream you have, and why you’re doing so. Why is this goal important to you? What are you willing to do to achieve it? Will I allow myself to quit even if I’m broken in every way possible? Will I allow my body to control my mind? Anytime you find a dream a goal which you are willing to pursue find your why!! Answer these questions to everything you want! Every goal you wish to achieve! Something I tell all my clients is that for every physical lesson there are two mental. Something I learned from being in the United States marine corps is that our body 9/10 times will quit or want to severely but what matters is do you have the mental strength and perseverance to carry on through the pain, physical and mental. Physical strength is nothing without the ability to control your mind and harness your emotions. That is true strength because it is a strength of character.
