Meet local skater, Kirsten !

How long have you been skating?
✨ I’ve only reeeaaalllly been skating for 3 months. I’ve always liked skating but didn’t really consider it something I could get into as an adult until I saw all the talented skaters on social media.

✨ Who inspires you?
I look up to skaters who do dangerous stunts. I’m content doing safer tricks on the ground but their bravery amazes me! 😁

✨ What’s your favorite thing about skating?
My favorite thing about skating is how versatile it is. You can dance, race, compete, do tricks... etc.

✨ What goals do you have?
My goals are to learn all the cool tricks and get past the unsteady learning part so I can just have fun doing them!

What’s your favorite season to skate? Fall? Summer? Spring? Winter?! It still warm enough and dry enough to get outside! Even a five minute skate can change your whole demeanor for the day. Get out there!

Want to go on a skate adventure? Join us tomorrow evening at 7:15pm at the giant 🌻 in South Wind Park! Bring your kids, bikes, scooters, blades, boards, or just yourself! We will be going slowly and just making our way around the park for a laid back summer evening. Getting out is a whole lot better than sitting on that couch and watching tv! 😉 See you tomorrow! NOTE: If it is raining at 7pm we will postpone the meet up!

Our first Friday Night Roll Out was a blast! It was a beautiful night to be outside. This Friday we will meet at South Wind Park at the giant sunflower 🌻 at 7:15pm. We will go slowly and just cruise around for fun. Walkers, bikers, skaters, scooter-ers, strollers, and more welcomed! See you Friday!
