SURVIVE AND ADVANCE! Both Glenwood boats advance to the Sectional next Thursday. Strawn / Snyder finished in 4th place with 🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟13.75 lbs. Rebbe / Moe finished in 5th place with 🐟🐟🐟🐟10.25 lbs also securing Big Bass 🐟(6.56lbs) 🫪. Congratulations boys!!

Good luck to our two teams (Kale Snyder / Cameron Strawn) and (Collin Rebbe / Paxton Moe) as they compete in the 2026 IHSA Bass Fishing Regional Finals scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2026. Top boats from 30 regional tournaments across Illinois will advance to Sectional Finals on May 21, 2026, leading to the State Finals at Lake Shelbyville on June 5-6, 2026.

Thanks to all the schools that participated in the annual Glenwood Bass Open! It was a huge success and we couldn’t have done it without you. Winning the tournament was team Parks/ Brockelsby (Taylorville) with a bag weight of 🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟 14. 28 lbs. Coming in second was team Venturini / Gerberding (Rochester) with a bag weight of 🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟13.52 lbs. The third place honors went to team Zeller /Page (Calvary) with a weight of 🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟11.31 lbs. Big Bass went to team Weber / Thorson ( Flanagan-Cornell) with a weight of 🐟5.71 lbs. Congratulations to everyone and we hope to see you all next year!

Team Behrens /West brought in the big bag tonight with three fish weighing in at 10 lbs. They also secured BIG BASS honors with 5 lbs. Hawkins/ Sanchez came in 2nd with 4.9 lbs. Vespa/ Carter came in 3rd with 4.2lbs. Other teams that brought in fish:
