🏀👕 WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN ON-SITE SHIRT VENDOR FOR 2027! 👕

Midwest Battle of the Rims is looking for someone to partner with us throughout our 2027 tournament season!

We host 40+ events throughout the year, primarily on Saturdays but potentially a few 2 day events, and we’re looking for a reliable vendor/individual who can set up on-site at all our tournaments and personalize shirts and hoodies right there at the event.

We host at 2 primary facilities here in Springfield Mo ( Fieldhouse Sports Center and Allison Sports Town)

Up til now, I have been our own private vendor but I'm wanting someone who can be present and personalize on site (Unfortunately I can't do that and be a director at the same time 😮‍💨) and is able to be available to provide those personalizations to our teams on demand.

🔥 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Must have your own equipment and be able to print/press shirts and hoodies ON-SITE and per request/personalization.
• Must be available for all/most of our tournament dates throughout 2027
• You are FREE TO CREATE YOUR OWN DESIGNS and bring your own creativity! Also must be able to keep up with new trends.
• Our “Midwest Battle of the Rims” name MUST be incorporated into every design in some fashion
• We are asking for 10% of profits from all sales at each event

💰 This could be an AMAZING Saturday side gig!

With 40+ tournaments a year, you’ll have the opportunity to sell directly to players, parents, coaches, families and spectators at each event — without having to find the crowd yourself. We bring the basketball families together, and you bring the gear! 🏀🔥

We’re looking for the RIGHT PERSON who is creative, dependable, professional and ready to grow with us.

That’s a wrap on another Midwest Battle of the Rims tournament! 🙌

The gym was full of energy from start to finish, and we want to give a HUGE thank you to every team that came out and competed with us today! 💯🏀

To all of the players who stepped on the court, the coaches leading their teams, and the parents and spectators supporting from the sidelines — WE APPRECIATE YOU! 🖤

Your continued support is what keeps Midwest Battle of the Rims growing and allows us to continue doing what we love — providing opportunities for youth basketball! 🏀

We also couldn’t do any of this without the people working behind the scenes. A BIG thank you to our referees, scorekeepers, staff, and facility crew for helping keep everything running throughout the day! 👏🙌

Before everyone heads our way tomorrow, we have a few important reminders for coaches, players and parents. Please take a minute to look everything over and make sure your team is ready to go! 👇

⚠️ TEAM ENTRY FEES
All team entry fees must be PAID IN FULL before your team will be allowed to take the court. Please make sure payment has been taken care of before your first game.

⚠️ ROSTERS / WAIVERS
Every team is required to have their roster and waiver forms completed before playing their first game.

The easiest and fastest way is to complete everything online ahead of time. Coaches with multiple teams — we definitely recommend getting these finished tonight so you’re not trying to handle paperwork at the last minute tomorrow!

If payment has not been received and we haven’t heard from you, we will assume your team is no longer attending and will replace your spot.

We know that sounds a little harsh 😏, but unfortunately we’ve had teams no-show/no-pay in the past, and that isn’t fair to the other teams or the event.

We strongly recommend submitting it digitally ahead of time — trust us, it makes everything MUCH easier on event day! 😁
