💪 11-Week Transformation – Jan 2 to March 19 (Age 42, 6’1.5”)

Before (Jan 2): 231.0 lbs | 14.4% body fat
After (March 19): 220.6 lbs | 12.5% body fat

âś… Down 10.4 lbs on the scale
✅ Visible body recomposition — the scale doesn’t tell the full story!

Check out these 4 angles (side, front, overhead side, and back):

• Dramatic belly fat loss and a much tighter waist

• Sharper muscle definition in shoulders, arms, chest, back, and legs

• Better V-taper, posture, and overall leanness
I kept training and nutrition consistent through the normal weekly scale fluctuations (water weight, etc.), and the mirror + photos show what actually happened.

Still a work in progress, but progress is progress. If you’re grinding on your own journey, just keep showing up and the results come!

Hey everyone,

I want to share something personal that’s been a game-changer for me. The last 4-5 years have been a real battle. I’ve always been health-conscious, but like so many of us, regular checkups weren’t a priority. I neglected my asthma to the point where it nearly killed me. I ended up in the ER thinking it’d be a quick fix, but I spent 10 days in the hospital fighting for my life. Leading up to that, I was barely exercising, pulling 15-hour workdays, grabbing food on the go, jumping into fights with minimal prep, and basically living hooked up to a breathing machine. Breathing issues? I’d had asthma my whole life, so I just shrugged it off as normal. Big mistake.

After the hospital, I recovered for a couple weeks, then slipped into a sedentary routine for a month or two. I gained about 40 pounds, and honestly, at first, I loved it. The weight filled out in all the right places; I felt huge and confident, sparring heavyweights way easier than when I was at 200 lbs. But that extra mass meant I needed more oxygen, which I already didn’t have enough of. It made my health worse, and the drop in fitness tanked my fight record. Last year, I got passed over for a bout because of too many losses in one state. Almost dying was scary, but not being able to do what I love, fighting, was the ultimate wake-up call.

As a fitness pro, I knew I had the tools to turn it around. A few months of dieting got me started, but I decided to go all-in for 2026. I mapped out a solid meal plan, built an exercise schedule, and set up ways to track my progress. You can hit the gym and wing it, but real goals need a roadmap. 2025 was the first year I didn’t fight since starting my career, and that’s not how I want it to end. Getting in shape is tough, but staying in shape? That’s the real challenge.

Check out these before and after pics for proof that change is possible when you commit. If my story resonates with you, and you’re ready to level up your fitness, hit my DMs! I offer online or in-person training, and I’m giving away FREE personal training sessions to get you started. Let’s crush those goals together. What are you waiting for? Inbox me now!
