[09/14/20]   Gym Update!!

After having the door closed for a few months, our gym will be re-opening tonight (9/14/2020) at 6:00 PM!

We will be open on our regular days and hours moving forward (Mon, Wed, Fri from 6 PM to 8 PM) but please take note of the following:

- Doors will be unlocked at 6:00, then re-locked at 6:15 to limit walk-ins. If you are running late, please contact coach John on his cell phone or just knock loudly.
- Please take your temperature before arriving. Anybody with a temp of over 100F should avoid coming to the gym.
- If you or a family member are exhibiting any symptoms of illness, we ask that you stay home for 10 days after the symptoms have cleared.

In short, if you aren't feeling well just stay home - working out when ill isn't any fun anyway!!

If you are interested in training with us and currently are not a member, contact us through this page and we can setup a time for you to visit us safely.

Thank you!!
Coach John and Coach Bob🥊
