Registration for the 2026 NAAA Fall Ball Season is now open through mid-July, and we’re getting ready for another exciting season at the ballpark!

Practices begin in August
Season runs September 12 – October 25
Games planned for Saturday and Sunday afternoons
10–12 games per team
More reps, more development, more fun!

Whether you’re looking to keep your skills sharp, prepare for next spring, or just can’t get enough baseball and softball, Fall Ball is the perfect opportunity to stay on the field and continue making memories with teammates and friends.

🥈 2nd Place: Aiden’s All Stars, Majors Division-Coached by Sean Dyer. 1,092 runs

Thank you to every single player, coach, parent, and community member who stepped up to the plate. For 54 years, this league has been backed by an amazing community, and you proved it once again this week.

Tonight is Northwestern Amateur Athletic Association’s Night at the Dayton Dragons!

For everyone attending, please plan to arrive by 6:00 PM. The easiest way to enter the ballpark will be through the right field entrance, located at the corner of E. First Street and Sears Street.

All players should arrive wearing their NAAA jerseys and be lined up by the right field foul pole no later than 6:15 PM to participate in the on-field parade.

We’re looking forward to a great night of baseball and representing NAAA at Day Air Ballpark. See you there, and let’s fill the stadium with NAAA pride!

The 56th Annual Mel Backus Memorial Tournament is almost here, and excitement is building across the Clark County!

🏆 7 Brackets�🥎 Baseball & Softball�👥 52 Teams�⚾ Up to 96 Games�📅 June 22nd – June 28th�📍 Ryman Fields, Shawnee Fields & Emmanuel Christian Field.

We’re putting the finishing touches on the tournament, and brackets are nearly ready to be released! Coaches, players, and families won’t have to wait much longer to see who they’ll be facing on opening day.
For over five decades, this tournament has brought together some of the best youth baseball and softball teams around, creating memories, friendships, and championship moments that last a lifetime. The 56th edition is shaping up to be another incredible week of competition!

Whether you’re playing, coaching, volunteering, or cheering from the stands, now is the time to start getting excited. The fields will soon be full, the crowd energy will be high, and another chapter of Mel Backus Tournament history is about to be written.
