🚨 Stop making yourself feel like sh*t because you’re comparing yourself to people whose lives don’t look like yours 🚨
The trick to making advice work for YOU is flexing it to be relevant and achievable for YOU.
I don’t always have time to work out 2 hours a day like a lot of fitness influencers “recommend.”
With two kids, two dogs, a husband, a business, the demands of my full time job, working nights and the million other things I have flying around in my life, I’m lucky if I get 30 plus minutes for MYSLEF of movement.
But instead of beating myself up, WE should tailor the advice to work for OURSELVES.
If YOU get 30 minutes to move YOUR body, that’s a win. And if YOU get more - double win.
YOU still going to make the time and prioritize exercise, but do it in a way that works for YOUR life - not some fitness influencer’s life OR anyone else’s.
So while you’re setting your New You and seeing everyone else talk about theirs - don’t compare.
Everyone is dealing with different circumstances. Choose to do what works best for YOU.

Join us this week!
Sometimes the “weight” you need to lose isn’t in your BODY.
Instead of choosing to set weight loss goals in your body, you may want to choose to lose the weight of the following:
✌🏽toxic relationships
✌🏽friendships that hold you down
✌🏽the mindset that keeps you stuck
✌🏽trying to please the world
✌🏽constantly doubting your abilities
✌🏽fears
✌🏽seeking validation
✌🏽procrastination
I could go on but I believe you get my point.
Don't worry about the "WEIGHT" on your body, that's NOT what's holding you back. FOCUS on the mental and relationship weights that you're allowing to hold you back!
Once you GET RID of THOSE weights, I promise you, the weight on your body will drop too.
