Uplift is growing, and we’re searching for the organized, proactive, detail-loving person who can help us keep the magic moving behind the scenes!

Our new Studio Operations Manager will play a meaningful leadership role in the next stage of Uplift’s growth. This person will help coordinate studio operations, support our families and staff, organize projects and events, monitor deadlines, maintain systems, and make sure important work is followed all the way through to completion.

Dance experience is not required - the right operational mindset matters much more! Experience in administration, operations, office management, project coordination, customer service, or another family-facing organization may all prepare you beautifully for this role.

Position details:

✨ $24–$26 per hour
✨ 20 guaranteed hours per week, with up to 25 during busier periods
✨ Year-round and part-time
✨ On-site in Springfield, Vermont
✨ Monday - Thursday Evening and Saturday morning availability required
✨ Paid sick time and an employee discount

Please help us welcome the newest addition to our Acro teaching team, Adrielle Robinson!

Adrielle, known by her students as Miss A, began dancing at age 13. She has trained in ballet, jazz, modern, tap, acrobatics, contortion, flying trapeze, German wheel, and trampoline. She is Acrobatic Arts certified, has completed specialized contortion training, and has eight years of teaching experience with students ranging from age 3 through adulthood.

Adrielle is currently in the NECCA Protrack program as a German Wheel major and a Trampoline minor!

Ms. A’s teaching style is inclusive, supportive, and growth-focused. She strives to create a safe space where students can make mistakes, share their ideas, build confidence, and experience those incredible “Aha!” moments when a new skill finally clicks.

She believes every student deserves a teacher who genuinely cares about them, encourages their growth, and pushes them toward their own greatness.

Outside the studio, Ms. A enjoys pottery, being in the water, discovering new places and foods, and spending time with her family and her nine-year-old rescue poodle, Gram. Her students may also be surprised to learn that she loves ball pythons and insects! 🐍

Ms. A is especially excited to get to know our Uplift families, become involved in studio events, and see what she can create together with the Uplift community.

We could not be more excited to welcome Raegan Luppino to the Uplift teaching team this September! Raegan will be joining us as one of our Aerial Silks instructors, and we cannot wait for our students to learn, grow, and fly with her!

Raegan is originally from Upstate New York and now lives in Brattleboro, Vermont. She began training in aerial arts at age 11 after several years of studying contortion. What started as something fun to try with a friend quickly became a true passion!

Raegan began her aerial training at Aerial Arts of Rochester and ROC City Circus. She has trained in a wide variety of styles, ranging from traditional circus to contemporary aerial arts. She is currently entering her second year of the prestigious ProTrack program at the New England Center for Circus Arts, where she is majoring in aerial rope with a minor in contortion and hand balancing.

Although aerial rope is her major, silks has always been Raegan’s favorite aerial apparatus. She especially loves teaching students different pathways and possibilities on the silks while helping them build strong foundational skills.

With nearly four years of teaching experience, Raegan has worked with students of all skill levels, ranging in age from 5 to 45. She describes her teaching style as fun yet structured, allowing each student’s interests and goals to help shape their experience while still emphasizing strength, technique, and proper foundations.

Her favorite part of teaching is watching students accomplish goals, master skills they have been working toward, and discover that they are capable of things they may not have believed were possible. Raegan hopes every student enters her classes feeling excited to be there, ready to work, and comfortable being themselves.

Outside of aerial arts, Raegan loves making jewelry and selling her creations at local craft fairs. She also enjoys running and is currently training for a half marathon! An avid hiker, she has climbed numerous mountains throughout Europe and the Adirondacks. Raegan comes from a very active family, her parents were professional cyclists and always encouraged her to stay active and adventurous.

Raegan also loves spending time with her friends and taking her bearded dragon, Mango, on walks around town! Her favorite post-class snack is Hot Cheetos, her coffee order is a peanut butter latte, and although nearly everything she owns is pink, pink is surprisingly not her favorite color!

Raegan is passionate about empathy, respect, and equity, and she believes that every student deserves a teacher who believes in them. She is especially excited to join Uplift’s supportive community and help our students work toward their aerial goals and dreams.
