Join us for the month of November in honoring our veterans, law enforcement and first responders by trying to each do 2,000 reps of squats, push-ups, or sit-ups in any combination. Make sure to post your videos on here. Colby will be doing 20 push-ups, 20 sit-ups and 27 squats every day for the month of November. (2,010 total reps) Let's do this!
