Yesterday, Coach Kelly joined us on the mats and worked with our Adult Jiu Jitsu students! Our adults had an incredible time learning new Jiu Jitsu techniques, sharpening their skills, and putting in some serious work. 💪

Our adults had a great time on the mats and loved the opportunity to learn from Coach Kelly!

25 YEARS LATER. WE REMEMBER. 🇺🇸

In a quiet field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, a tragedy unfolded that would forever become part of our nation's history.

On September 11, 2001, United Airlines Flight 93 was hijacked by terrorists. As the passengers and crew learned what was happening, they made the courageous decision to fight back and attempt to regain control of the aircraft.

The plane ultimately crashed into this Pennsylvania field. All 40 passengers and crew members aboard Flight 93 lost their lives.

Today, this field stands as a place of remembrance a reminder of ordinary people who, in an extraordinary moment, showed incredible courage.

We remember the 40 lives lost.
We honor their courage.
We will never forget. 🇺🇸

On September 11, 2001, American Airlines Flight 77 was hijacked and crashed into the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia.

Among those who lost their lives were military personnel, civilian employees, and passengers aboard the flight.

The Pentagon attack reminded our nation that the tragedy of September 11 reached far beyond New York City. Communities across the country were affected, and countless families woke up that day never knowing their lives were about to change forever.

Today, we honor every life lost at the Pentagon and aboard Flight 77.

Their lives mattered. Their stories matter. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸

On September 11, 2001, our nation witnessed an unimaginable tragedy.

The attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City claimed the lives of thousands of innocent people who went to work that morning expecting nothing more than an ordinary day.

Twenty five years later, we remember the lives that were lost, the families who were forever changed, and the courage of the first responders who ran toward danger while others were trying to escape.

We remember their names.
We remember their families.
We remember their sacrifice.
We will never forget. 🇺🇸

This Labor Day, we take a moment to recognize and celebrate the hard work, dedication, and contributions of the men and women who help make our communities strong. From those working behind the scenes to those serving others every day, today is a reminder to appreciate the effort and commitment that keeps our families, businesses, and communities moving forward.

At America’s Best, we believe hard work, perseverance, discipline, integrity, and an indomitable spirit are values that go far beyond the mats. Every day, we challenge our students to work hard, push through challenges, and become stronger versions of themselves.

Labor Day is more than just a day off it’s an opportunity to recognize the value of hard work and the people who give their time, energy, and dedication to make a difference.

As we get ready to celebrate Labor Day tomorrow, we want to take a moment to recognize and appreciate the hardworking men and women who help build, strengthen, and support our communities every single day. ❤️🤍💙

Labor Day is more than just a long weekend it’s a time to honor the dedication, perseverance, commitment, and sacrifice of American workers and the impact their hard work has on future generations.

At our school, we believe those same qualities are what help build strong martial artists and even stronger individuals. Through Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, Respect, and Indomitable Spirit, we encourage our students to work hard, never give up, and continue becoming 1% better every day. 🥋
