Hey guys.. our buddy Kyzer Kent was diagnosed with a rare tumor that’s only seen about 50 times per year in the states. He is having his removal procedure today. This road to recovery will be very costly and we want to play a part in helping the Kent family during this time. Scaling is the key to using CLA for all skill levels. We use specific tasks for beginners and general tasks for more experienced players.. this allows us to keep practice live and meaningful without overwhelming new grapplers!

This week we finished up our self defense camp with ! The team came by to learn some fundamental principles of self defense. This was a great group and we had a ton of fun working together! Contact us if you want to bring your team or small group in for a camp or seminar!
