Meet Bobby Chadeayne 💪🏻
Bobby is the co-owner of Alpha Athletics and a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, with a specialty certification in Sports Nutrition. His love for Springfield and the people in this community helped inspire the start of Alpha Athletics.

A; Think high energy, high intensity, great music, and party vibes from start to finish.
Q: What if I'm not in shape, or not used to high intensity workouts?
A: That's okay! Modifications are shown throughout, and you are encouraged to go at your own pace and take breaks as needed. This truly is customizable for all fitness levels.
Q: Will I fit in if I've never been before?
A: Absolutely! First-timers are always welcomed with open arms. The more the merrier!
Q: How do I sign up?
A: You can sign up on the Springfield Health & Fitness website, or you can fill out a waiver at the front desk before class.
