🌙 New Moon Soundbath with . Desree is a regular at our studio and we are thrilled to have her host this soundbath on July 16th.
🌀Zen Trek Mini Retreat with .val and is happening for the second time. If you missed the first one we hope you’ll join us.
✨Yin and Yoga Nidra. We heard you wanted more Yoga Nidra, and this time is adding some Yin in the mix for total relaxation.
🙏🏻 Personal Satsanga will be held the 1st Saturday of each month. Led by this drop in class is designed to cultivate community, and education. Dive deeper into the yoga texts, bring questions you may have and an open mind. This class is a drop in of $18.
⬛️ Broga is back in August with .val. This class is designed with our men in mind. Build flexibility, and strength.
