Have you ever wondered how two people could do the same action and get dramatically different results?
What we learned last night is that those situations are not as much circumstantial as they are mental creations.
The distance between us and getting what we want is the internal resistance of who we believe we are.
As you upgrade the person to exist at the frequency of your goals, naturally they come to you.

Most men spend their lives winning in one area while quietly losing in another.
They build the business but come home empty. They show up for the family but let the body go. They get healthy but watch the revenue slip.
They tell themselves this is just the season they’re in.
It’s not a season. It’s a signal.
The aligned man doesn’t choose between his health, his family, and his business. He understands that each one is fuel for the rest. The miles make him sharper. The presence at home makes him hungrier. The business gives his family something to believe in.
He doesn’t grind alone because he’s afraid to lose control. He finds the right room so he can focus on what only he can do.
He doesn’t wait for life to slow down before he starts living it.
He trains like an athlete. He leads like a father. He builds like a man with something to prove, not to the world, but to himself.
That’s the aligned man.
Not perfect. Not balanced.
Just fully alive in every area that matters.

CO1 isn’t about being the best. It’s being the only.
Which means we’re not trying to give you something that’s not already there. We want to amplify who you already are.
The goal is to create the depth you’d like in each of the areas of your life that mean the most to you without having to compromise on any of it.

You can only experience the darkness of another person to the extent that your willing to feel it in yourself.
It’s easy to listen to someone going through a hard thing and tell them what they’d like to hear. But you can only understand to the depth that your willing to understand yourself.
That’s where the power is.
If your looking for a transformation where the change actually sticks rather than just “sounds good”
Shoot us a DM and let’s see how we can support.

Being a high performer is often sold as the highlight reel.
The big exit. The PR. The podium finish.
What they don’t show you is the in-between. Skipping the workout to close the deal. Missing bedtime to answer emails. Being physically present with your family but mentally somewhere else.
The constant feeling that no matter what you do, something is losing.
That’s isolating. Because nobody around you quite gets it. They see the success. They don’t see the compromise.
That’s where CO1 started. Not as a product. Not as a platform. As a room for high performers who were tired of choosing.
What it’s grown into is something we couldn’t have drawn up.
Retreats. Private dinners. Men who are savage with their health, obsessed with their business, and present at home.
The right people change everything.
That’s not a tagline. That’s what we’ve watched happen, over and over.
DM me “CO1 ” to see if you’re a fit.

[Announcement] I'm officially training for the Kodiak 100. This one’s different.
I’ve run 100 miles fueled by ego.
I’ve run 100 miles fueled by anger.
I’ve run 100 miles to prove I was enough.
But this race?
This one is fueled by love. By presence. By purpose.
📍Ironman (10:30 finish) — I wanted to prove I could endure it all.
🌋HURT 100 (29-hour finish) — I needed to find out what I was made of.
Now it’s the Kodiak 100, and I’m going after something I’ve never done before:
A sub-18 hour finish — not to prove anything, but to become someone.
Follow the journey. Episode 1 of the 10-part series is live on YouTube now (link in bio).
