Old Drifters Vintage Snowmobile Club

Wow! What a great weekend of vintage riding here in WNY ! With the Perrysburg Diner ride yesterday put on by the Cherry Creek vintage chapter and our vintage ride from Steelbound Brewery in Springville today! We would like to thank everyone that had a hand in putting this ride on , Steelbound Brewing for hosting us, Southern Tier Snow Drifters, WNY snowmobile club of Boston, Pioneer Sno-Surfers for a great cookout and hospitality and the Old Drifters crew!

The sun is peaking out☀️! Shaping up to be a nice brisk day! Trails are freshly groomed by WNY snowmobile club of Boston and Pioneer Sno Surfers!

Overflow parking available at Peerless-Winsmith at 172 Eaton St. Springville, NY (1/4 mile north of the Steelbound Brewery)

We have a limited quantity of new Old Drifters hats available on Sunday, February 8th at the vintage ride departing from Steelbound Brewery in Springville. $25 each. Hope to see you there!❄️

Our Steelbound Run is coming up this Sunday! Feb 8th Weather and trails will be great! Pioneer SnoSurfers Sardinia Snowmobile Club and WNY snowmobile club of Boston will be out grooming the trails flat for our old sleds and old backs! lol Plenty of parking. Dress warm! You’ll be back in plenty of time to watch ( or don’t watch ) the Super Bowl. You won’t want to miss this ride!

Unfortunately, our area did not receive as much snow as other areas. We will be canceling our upcoming ride from Woodside Rd in Springville this coming Sunday Jan 18th.

December 14th update.

Trails remain CLOSED. While some areas have plenty of snow, we are still preparing the trails AND hunting season is still ongoing. Please respect the clubs and more importantly our landowners by not riding. We all know you want to get out there and ride, and trust me when I state that the clubs and their volunteers have a lot of time and effort vested in the trails and want to ride as much or more than you.
Remember to Ride Right, Ride Safe and join STSD.

There will be a regular meeting tonight (Tuesday 9th) at 7pm at 10177 Maltbie rd Gowanda. Hope to see you there!

These will be our 2 rides for the 2026 season! (January 18th and February 8th) Please refer to the attached pictures for additional details and visit our page leading up to the event. Hopefully, this snow will stick around! ❄️

Just got word from Kyle at Pioneer Motorsport that there's a Vintage Sled Show on Nov 29, 2025 8A-2P at Pioneer Motorsport, Chaffee, NY. Always a great turnout and a great time. See attached poster for details

The Old Drifters Vintage Snowmobile Club would like to thank everyone for attending our 5th Annual Vintsge Show this past Sunday. Fortunately, the rain held off and it ended up being a great day for the show! Special thanks to Sled Ed for donating his time in making awesome trophies ! 🏆 Thank you to Julie at the Gowanda Moose Club 🫎 for providing great food and drinks.
