✨ Sunday Morning Yoga Update ✨
After teaching Sunday mornings consistently since 2018, I’m going to be taking a break from Sunday classes for a little while. We will continue through the rest of February but then I will be taking a pause.

This Sunday community has meant so much to me — thank you for showing up week after week and making this class such a beautiful part of my life. 💚

If you have class passes to use up, you can absolutely still use them:
✨at Colden Yoga on Thursdays
✨at any pop-up classes/events I host

If you’re not sure how many passes you have left, just message me and I’ll check for you.

Thank you for understanding and for supporting me as I take this pause.

Did you know I do private in home reiki and sound bath sessions? Well if you didn’t, now ya do!

Mother Nature is at it again 🌬️
SGI afterschool activities were cancelled, weather people are reporting windy conditions with poor visibility that’s only expected to get worse right around class time.

So we unfortunately have to cancel again (boo!!). I will be adding a makeup date on 2/26 so we don’t miss out.
