Community Yoga for Kate 🤍

Many of you have reached out asking how you can help my sister, Kate. Over the past three weeks, she has been in and out of doctors’ offices and hospitals as she undergoes testing for a complex medical condition. While we’re still searching for answers, she is currently unable to work and is experiencing significant difficulties with walking, movement, and processing information. It’s been an incredibly challenging and uncertain time for our family.

One of the best ways I know to bring people together is through yoga, so I’d love to invite you to a special donation-based community class in her honor.

This will be a 1-hour, all-levels yoga class, and everyone is welcome.

💛 Suggested donation: $10–$20 (sliding scale). Give what you can—every donation, big or small, is deeply appreciated. All proceeds will go directly to helping Kate and her family as they navigate this unexpected journey.
