We’re moving into a new studio and are looking for the right business to sublease our current space in Springville.

This is a great fit for a dance studio, martial arts school, tumbling/cheer program, yoga or fitness classes, music/theater lessons, homeschool classes, kids’ programs, tutoring, workshops, or another class-based business.

The space is already set up in a way that works really well for studio/class use, so it could be a much easier move-in than starting from an empty commercial unit.

Space includes:

Entry room
Waiting room with viewing window
Studio/class room
Small storage room
Larger storage room
Bathroom
Plenty of parking
Drinking Fountain

We’d especially love to find someone who can use the existing setup so the transition is simple for everyone.

A few restrictions from the landlord: no automotive work, granite/concrete work, or metal work. Other uses are open, subject to landlord approval.

Located in Springville. Available soon.
