There’s some more hardware coming back to St. Albans after battling the heat today! 🏆 The girls team finished as meet runner-up tonight at the Irish Invitational with 43pts! The boys team finished in 7th place with 178pts. Congrats to all of our individual medalists below!

Due to the heat, Charleston Catholic is pushing everything back an hour for today’s Irish Invitational at Shawnee Sports Complex. New team arrival time is 4:30pm and the new girls race start time is 5:30pm.

‼️ SAHS Cross Country is looking for volunteers to help out with our upcoming home cross country meets over the next couple months. ‼️XC PRACTICE UPDATE‼️

Due to the expected heat index at our normal practice time, we’ll be pushing XC practice back to 8-9pm this Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

We’ll meet at the track each night. We’ll have lights and glow sticks for athletes, but feel free to bring your own and/or wear bright colors! 🚨
