F3 St. Charles: The Last Stop

10/11/2026

Here is your schedule for the week. If you’ve been curious about trying F3, what’s stopping you? Feel free to send us a message with any questions.

Let’s give a big round of T-claps to our man New Heights on checking off his VQ. A VQ is the first time a man leads a workout. A man choosing to stand in front of a crowd and lead them is one that doesn’t get celebrated enough. Our world needs more people stepping up and taking charge. Congrats New Heights and well done.

Make a plan to get out this week! The Covering House Challenge is in full swing and we need your miles. If you’ve not registered, it’s not too late to do so. https://www.miles4tch.org/Race/MO/SaintLouis/TheCoveringHouse5KbyF3NationSTL

The cleanest section of roadway in St Charles County was brought to you by the men of F3.

P.S.A. Most gas stations and businesses have trash cans…you don’t actually have to throw your trash out the window of your car….

Let’s give a big round of bear crawls to our man Double Vision!
August Most Valuable PAX goes to a respect HIM but by the looks of him you would never know... Double Vision!

Double Vision has been a Lagoon stalwart from the beginning. Friday gameday? Friday gameday for Double Vision means posting at the Lagoon and terrorizing all the PAX who post along side him!! 😀 This man is on FIRE! We can't use the word consistency without thinking the way our man goes about his fitness and life. Always in for a ruck. Always in for a hard beatdown.

Climbing mountains, traveling the globe, putting his fellow PAX through their paces or taking care of the eyes of Weldon Springs and beyond, our man Double Vision is in it to Win IT! He's a face we're all happy to see at 0500 and we can confidently say that our mornings and lives are better with this HIM in them!

Let’s give it up for our man Double Vision!!!

The men of Messiah Lutheran in Weldon Spring have done a phenomenal job using F3 to get the men of their church connected outside the pews.

They are home to our Lion’s Den AO, and welcome men of all faiths, backgrounds and fitness levels to their campus.
Check out this video they made to recruit more men out.
F3 is not affiliated with any one religious group, we just ask that men believe in something higher than themselves, that they are not the center of the universe.

Give F3 a try!

The F3 Nation Accelerate Campaign has begun. The workouts are free, the mission is not. The operating costs associated with F3 Nation are high and they need all of us to pitch in. If F3 has changed your life in any way, we’d ask that you consider making a contribution you are comfortable with (every donation earns a patch)

Ensure you contribute your donation to our region.

Seeing all these photos from FatBearWeek, reminds us, we need to make a plan to get out to a couple beatdowns this week.
