The Crown - 128 person 1v1 Match Play Tournament on the Sims at Gimme. ��The brainchild of some members, brought to life by the staff, and fully embraced by the membership.
This little idea of a “fun tournament,” has turned into a galvanizing force for our club. A way to make it through the winter months….together.
This year took all expectations to a new level as Pinehurst Golf Resort entered the picture and decided to raise the stakes!��This year the winner of our tournament was going to be gifted a free foursome on historic Pinehurst No. 2. An incredible gesture from the cradle of American golf.
Our players battled it out for 9 weeks as the field dwindled down from 128 to 2. And as two incredible members of our club Jeff Bertch and Mark Schulte battled it out in the final at Pinehurst No. 2 with 1000s of people watching online I couldn’t help but be very proud of our club.
We pride ourselves on making meaningful meaningless golf, and and in order for things to matter 20yrs from now, you have to care about it NOW. Im sure you can tell by this video how much these tournaments matter to our club.

We still have a few spots left next Saturday and Sunday (Jan 24-25) for our Gimme Tournament Series. Played on our Trackman sims. This tournament will be held at Oakmont.
This is a single person 18 hole tournament played on saturday at our Fenton locations and Sunday at our St. Charles location.
We pay out Gross and Net Division winners.
$40 for members and $60 for public...gets you 3 hours on a Trackman and some good winter competition.

Gimme Tournament Series 02 - Oakmont — GGC MERCH TENT Welcome to a new series of winter tournaments hosted at the Gimme Golf Club. This weekend was our first ever Gimme Tournament Series held at both clubhouses and played at Royal Melbourne on Trackman.
We had 72 available spots and had almost half the field was filled by public play.
The entire intent of this tournament series is to create opportunities for public players to come through, see the clubhouses, interact with members, and let them get the full gimme experience. It did not disappoint. What a weekend.
