So for her 40th I gifted her a memorable 400 rep training session.
10 moves
40 reps each
Sit ups
High curl 35lb
Db pullover 30lb
Kb High pull 35lbs
Heads 95lbs
Clean Press 45lbs
Stiff Pull down 60lbs
Ground to press 15lbs
Kb swings 30lbs
And last but not least....BURPEES
Now the pictures say the reaction to her knowing that was the last present to unwrap.
