First time leading an F3 workout?

There’s a name for that.

VQ.

You pick the exercises.
You call the shots.
You get a bunch of dudes to follow you into whatever you planned. 😂

And yeah… it can be a little intimidating.

But here’s the cool part:

Nobody expects you to be perfect.

The guys are there to support you, encourage you, and put in the work with you.

Because F3 isn’t about finding the guy who’s already got it all figured out.

It’s about giving guys a place to step up, lead, and grow.

One of F3’s Core Principles is that our workouts are peer-led and rotate from one guy to the next.

That means no coaches.
