Tammy’s Story:
“My journey started in September 2019 when I saw a Facebook post about Burn Boot Camp and their 6-week Commit 2 Fit program. I thought I’d go for six weeks and then do it at home.
I always thought I was healthy — mentally and physically — until I stepped into Burn. What an eye opener! I had never really exercised in my life and didn’t know what to expect, but fear, uncertainty, and doubt.
Burn has taught me to take time for myself, that I can do hard things inside and outside of the gym, to get out of my comfort zone, and to have patience — because results don’t happen overnight.
I’m living a healthier lifestyle now with my husband, and that helps keep me accountable at home. I always look forward to going to camp and hate to miss it. Seeing the trainers and the friendships I’ve made — we keep each other accountable at the gym, and we love doing it.”
