Our habit-based nutrition program is the perfect way to work on body composition and building a healthy relationship with food simultaneously.

When you sign up for the nutrition program, you will get to work 1-on-1 with a coach to tackle your goals. We take a ‘deep health’ approach with your weekly action items so not only will you focus on food intake, you will also focus on stress, movement, and other aspects that affect your decisions when it comes to nutrition.

Our nutrition coach, Ellen, is a working mom of 2 that understands how to break down incorporating nutrition into a busy lifestyle. She is ready to help you make small, sustainable changes to your daily life.

Seeing the Xs and Os is one thing but how the coach brief the workout and relays the intent of the session makes all the difference.

This is a general outline for the the day. The acronym AHAP means As Heavy As Possible, however, this can vary widely on some days. Coming back from vacation and a 24h drive? AHAP might be a pretty light weight that day. Feeling energized and form is dialed in? AHAP becomes a heavier weight.

Every piece should have some individual adaptation to align better with your body, mindset, and goals. This is quickly accomplished with an open dialogue between the coach and athlete 🤝
