My Story:
I was always active growing up, playing sports all year round and rarely every finding time to sit down. When I started high school, my passion for health and fitness truly bloomed. I experienced the effects that proper diet and exercise had on my athletic performance, and the rest is history. I started reading anything and everything about nutrition, health, and exercise. At that point, I knew I wanted to help people reach their health and fitness goals so they could live better, more fulfilling lives. Throughout college I helped some of my family and friends move toward their goals, which makes them my first success stories. From then on, my passion has continued to grow each and every day, and I truly love helping others lead longer, healthier, and more active lives.
