Our Story

We are not a weight loss program ... We are not a fitness routine ... We are not a gym. We are Enact Wellness Solutions. Real people, real stories, real lives changed through education, motivation, and community. We offer personal training and a variety of group fitness classes such as Kokondo Karate Self-Defense, Pound, Barre for All Bodies, and more. We host community events and education seminars as well as provide nutritional counseling, a selection of holistic therapies such as essential oils, and sessions on the LifeWave Bed, a therapy using biomechanical stimulation to increase circulation and promote healing and relaxation.
