I design PVC pipe animals. It all started years ago when I found a free bird pattern online. All our Animals start out as a piece of pipe. Next is the sanding.
My first few birds were rather goofy looking, but what the heck I was having fun! Those silly birds that were created years ago are still in my gardens today! Then a pattern is traced onto it and cut out with a jigsaw. The fun part is the bending and shaping with the heat gun. Then they are painted and eyes and bases are added.
