Bluewater Rescue and Salvage

We are very sad to hear about Racer Bob’s passing. He was a great man and even greater friend. Please keep Becky and his family in your prayers.

As you know, Bluewater Andy Guaresimo as moved on to bigger and better things. This will probably be the last post for a while on this page. We appreciate all the love for Andy and his mission. He definitely loved and cared about all of you and your safety while participating in boat racing. When his celebration of life is known, we will post here and on his personal page. Thank you for all of your love and support. Be safe out there.

As many of you know, Bluewater Andy Guaresimo was a “teacher”. He taught many of us how to dive and how to rescue dive. And now, his next assignment is at Wayne State University’s Medical School. He will be helping to train the next generation of doctors. Andy wanted to give the gift of organ donation but due to his health challenges he wasn’t able to. So he’s doing the next best thing.

We are sorry to share the passing of Bluewater Andy Guaresimo. He went home to heaven Wednesday, July 21st, 2021. He will be greatly missed.

It is with regrets, that this will be the last post. Over the past 18 months Andy(Bluewater Andy) has retired from race work and is currently living with Jay( his wife) in grand comfort.
The team members all wish Andy a fun retirement.
Andy has given his blessing to a new company to take over the gap created. This company is Ace In The Hole Resuce and Salvage which is being staffed by many of the people trained by Andy.

Thank you for all of the support, and messages over the years, Andy and the team have always enjoyed them.
