Confidence isn't something you're born with—it's something you build through practice, preparation, and stepping outside your comfort zone.

Today, Miss Ellie worked on tournament presentation skills, from walking into the ring with confidence to performing in front of judges and a crowd. She stepped up and demonstrated Pyang Ahn Sa Dan with boldness, focus, and a great attitude.

The goal isn't just learning the form—it's learning how to believe in yourself when all eyes are on you. Great job, Miss Ellie! Keep leading by example and showing what confidence looks like. 👊🔥🐉
