Here's my 2025 LinkedIn Rewind, by Coauthor.studio:

A candidate walked out of an interview, smiled, and said:

That moment stopped me. And honestly? It captures why 2025 mattered.

This year was about building platforms and doubling down on purpose — not just climbing, but creating. Creating spaces where people connect, grow, and thrive.

Here's what 2025 looked like:

📚 Published "30 Days of Leadership: A Faith-Based Journal for HR Professionals"
🎤 Launched the Rewired AF podcast — finally, a space to talk neurodiversity at work AND at home
🧠 Became a Certified Neurodiversity Coach
🎉 Selected for the 2025–2026 NFBPA Cohort — intentional steps toward municipal executive leadership
🌸 Launched Winning Women's Collective — monthly breakfasts that led to real interviews, real offers, and real connection
🎓 Started teaching at Lindenwood University as an Adjunct Professor
💼 Took on VP of Administration for SHRM of Greater St. Louis and Board President for North County Innovative School
📊 Trained 120+ public sector employees through The Phoenix Group STL

But the numbers don't tell the whole story.

The story is in the women at breakfast who landed opportunities through connections made over coffee. It's in the government leaders who finally felt equipped to support neurodivergent employees. It's in my students finding their leadership voice.

This year reminded me: your network is your net worth. And when you build community with intention, the impact multiplies.

What's next? I'm continuing to grow intentionally along the path toward municipal executive leadership — deepening my lens on budgeting, operations, and community development. And I'm bringing all of me: the HR strategist, the neurodiversity advocate, the coach, the speaker, the mom, and yes, the dog treat dispenser. 😄

I became an HR consultant overnight.
