Y’all ever cried during Country Grammar by Nelly?! Yeah me either, I stopped myself tonight until right after this picture was taken. But I wanted to. I looked at these beautiful women, dancing to MY choreography and it hit me. We have trauma from past fitness experiences. We have families who are counting on them at home. We have all had a day one. We have overcome our own insecurities. We are all dealing with so many other things in life…. And yet, we set all that aside to do something we love, TOGETHER, in this beautiful space that is . We did this! One year together. I am so looking forward to many many more. And I am honored EVERY SINGLE DAY that y’all allow me to lead you. You truly do make my dreams come true.
