Yesterday was a deep cleaning day, and I finally tackled the hobby graveyard cabinet (where all my short lived ADHD hobbies go to die). In doing so, I came across this guy. Sure, I probably put him there to create some kind of grid or art with, but how perfect he is for my current situation! With God's own art being used in human art, He reminded me: you are STILL HEALING. 💜
You see, I've been dealing with severe anxiety attacks the last month or so. I haven't had them this bad for at least 15 years! A medication change, and they are back with a vengeance, convincing me that this is it, I am actually dying. After being on such a profound healing journey the last few years, this felt like a set back, which has made it even harder. I'm not healed. Will I ever be? As humans, I believe we are consistently HEALING, as long as we are doing the work to do so. 🙏🏻
Why is this guy showing up in my life now? This little healing guy is made of lepidolite. Lepidolite is a mica mineral that naturally contains lithium. Yes, the same lithium used in mood stabilizers.
